Finished in an Oloroso Sherry cask for 14 months.

Sherry, milk chocolate, orange sherbet and pineapple sweets.

Jamaican Rum Barrel | Distilled 2014 | 272 bottles

Finished in our ex-Clarendon Rum cask for 20 months.
Huge funky rum notes, strawberries and custard, oily with faint peat and a little saltiness.

Toffee apples, marzipan, honeycomb, peanuts, peaches and crème brûlée.

Two hogsheads, married together & rested in a brandy butt for 3 months. Creamy, nutty, honeycomb & fresh ginger.
