Creamy and funky, faint peat, pebble beaches, custard tarts, olive oil and apricots.

Rested for final 3 months in a sherry hogshead. Marzipan, raisins, creme caramel, cherries and good balsamic vinegar

Finished in an Amontillado cask for 22 months. Rich dark fruits, strawberry yoghurt with nougat and black cherries.
