Events and Tastings

Need to cancel? If for any reason you are no longer able to attend please let us know by emailing [email protected] We are happy to offer a full refund up to 48 hours before the event*. Less than 48 hours, refunds will be at our discretion. No refunds will be offered for no-shows.

* For events during the Campbeltown Malts Festival, we are happy to offer refunds/exchanges on tickets until the 1st of May. After that any refunds will be at our discretion.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered once goods have been dispatched unless lost or damaged.

All orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Loss will need to be confirmed by Royal Mail before we can issue a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, ideally refuse the delivery, but if that is not possible please email us photos so we have proof of damage for Royal Mail. We will then refund your order.
