Cancellation Policy

Events and Tastings - Need to cancel? If for any reason you are no longer able to attend please let us know by emailing [email protected] - We are happy to offer a full refund up to 48 hours before the event*. Less than 48 hours, refunds will be at our discretion. No refunds will be offered for no-shows.

* For events during the Campbeltown Malts Festival, we are happy to offer refunds/exchanges on tickets until the 1st of May. After that any refunds will be at our discretion.

* For online tastings no refunds will be offered after the tasting pack has been dispatched. Refunds before that will be at our discretion.

If there has been a problem with the delivery of tasting packs then please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to resolve any problems.
