Watt Whisky & Friends Events Programme
We are very excited (and a little nervous) to be hosting our first ever real, live in-person Watt Whisky & Friends at this year's Campbeltown Malts Festival. We have now finalised our programme of events which is going to look like this;
Watt, a Walk? Wed 25th of May, 11am
Easing ourselves in gradually with a wee guided walk around Campbeltown with Campbeltown native Kate (not the Speyside incomer that is Mark) followed by a tasting of 3 of our whiskies at Watt Whisky HQ.
Watt Whisky Tasting, Thurs 26th May, 11am
If queuing's not your thing, then join Mark for a wee morning tasting of some of the Watt Whisky range to get you set up for the Springbank Open Day!
Watt Whisky Buds Tasting, Fri 27th May, 11am
A tasting exclusively for our Crowdfunders. If you are a Watt Whisky Bud you should have received an email about it. If you haven't - check your junk folder. If you still haven't, drop us an email to [email protected] to ask for more details!
Watt Whisky & Friends, Sat 28th May, 12 - 4pm
The main event! We've invited some of our industry friends to come and join the fun so as well as trying Watt Whisky you'll also have the chance to try drams from; Elixir, Halls of Campbeltown, North Star, Raasay, SMWS and Single Cask Nation. Not a bad line up if we do say so ourselves! We're aiming for a relaxed, mini-festival type vibe with stalls around the back yard and 'Drams with...' sessions throughout the day where you can sit down and chat with the producers over a dram.
You can just turn up on the day, however as this is the first year we've done this we've decided to pre-sell tickets too. Mainly to give us an idea of likely numbers. Tickets will be on sale through our website shortly (once the new site is finished) for £15 which will get you guaranteed access to one of the 'Drams with...' sessions plus a Watt Whisky glass and 5 tasting tokens.
Watt Whisky & Friends Festival Finale Tasting, 28th May, 5pm
We'll be rounding off the day with a Festival Finale Tasting where each of our Watt Whisky Friends will present one of their whiskies (which means that you don't have to listen to all Mark's stories again!). So 7 speakers, 7 drams and £35 a ticket.

Please note the 'Drams with..' prices are for tickets bought on the day but spaces for these are pretty limited so if you're keen to attend then please buy one of our advance tickets instead for £15 which also gets you a Watt Whisky glass and 5 tasting tokens.
